Olo's quarantine list
by Reka Borcz
What to do
during Covid-19 quarantine at home
Don’t be a lazy ass and sleep until 12 every day, build yourself habits, wake up on time, make yourself a breakfast that cafés would be jealous of, clean your house, eat healthy, exercise, read books, educate yourself, make yourself an immune boosting smoothie, use the fancy plates for dinner and watch your favourite surf movie.
Here’s a list of recommendations from the Olo family of what you can do while you’re in quarantine at home:
Prepare yourself a fancy breakfast
Our homemade granola recipe is yummy and easy to make at home:
Ingredients:
1,5 kg oats
300g almonds or peanuts
100g sugar
200g sesame seeds
200g coconut flakes
Mix the ingredients together in a big bowl and add honey. Or maple syrup, if you prefer to make it even healthier.
Our little secret - add a bit of cinnamon.
Use natural yogurt for the base, add granola next, top it with almonds, cashews, banana and peanut butter.
Prepare it next to your morning latte and it’s all ready to go.
Start your day with meditation
There are a bunch of videos and applications to choose from when it comes to meditation, here we share our favorites with you to keep you sane:
Headspace - $7.99 to $12.99 per month after trial
Calm - free, in-app purchases
Insight Timer - free, in-app purchases
Aura - free, in-app purchases
Finally read that dusty book on your shelf
Reading a book is an activity we need a lot of time for, and we often choose to do something else, but now we have time to read our favorite or long-time-waiting books. Here’s a few of our recommendations:

James C. Jones - Total Survival: How to Organize Your Life, Home, Vehicle, and Family...

Make yourself an immune boosting smoothie
Better to be prepared than sorry, by blending these ingredients you can boost your Vitamin C:
1 big squeezed orange
1 piece of carrots
3 small slices of ginger
half tsp turmeric
2 pieces of dates
